Our Therapists
My Approach
I believe that the world has given many of us messages, explicitly and implicitly, that our way of being is wrong. We've been made to feel broken, weird, unlovable, crazy, and too much.
Some of us have responded to this by trying to perform or fit ourselves into smaller boxes. Some of us have consumed therapy and self-help content to try and be “better.” Some of us have masked so much that we are not even sure who we are under that mask. Some of us have just tried our best to ignore the gnawing sense that we are wrong.
Hear me:
You are incredible. You are powerful. And I am so glad you are here.

Sensory
Neurodivergence
I know from personal experience how hard it can be to find someone who understand the ways we struggle to navigate a world that sees our differences as a personal failing.
I'm here to help you discover and honor your own unique constellation of strengths and differences, and how best to navigate a world that isn’t built for us.
Consensual Non-Monogamy
Have you struggled to find a clinician who is more than just "friendly" towards your relationships, sexuality, or lifestyle? Who doesn't put normative relationship ideals upon your unique connections?
Kink &
BDSM
30% of BDSM practitioners have experienced discrimination due this identity, and sadly, many have experienced this at the hands of their therapists (Herbitter et al., 2024).
I'm not only kink-knowledgeable (click to learn what this mean), I have regularly lead education for therapists on how to be kink-friendly. Furthermore, I am kink-involved and current facilitate support groups and teach classes.
My Specialties

About Me
I'm a neurodivergent, queer, trans non-binary, polyamorous, and kink-involved human whose special interests have led them finding meaning in supporting others in my communities.
Prior to pursuing a degree in counseling psychology, I was an art and design teacher, and while I loved being in the classroom, I found myself struggling with the demands and neurotypical expectations as an AuDHDer who was also the only visibly out queer teacher. As I’ve come to embrace my own neurodivergent needs and ways of being, it has been a joy to support others in embracing their truths while navigating a world that might not always be safe for us.
