Experiential gender-affirming therapy is more than just a styling session; it’s being able to go on this journey with someone who can hold your fears and excitement, provide a safe container, and honor your authentic truths.

One of our focuses is working with consensually non-monogamous, polyamorous, and/or kinky relationships.

While neither ADHD or Autism is a "disorder", we are also aware that for many, diagnosis is the only way to access much-needed accommodations, to have language to describe their internal experiences, and to be able to let go of internalized shame. 

Healing happens in community, and therapy groups can provide a unique space to cultivate connection, gain a wide variety of perspectives and insights, and find solidarity with others.

We can write WPATH letters for individuals who need them to access gender-affirming medical care.

Sex therapy is a subset of talk therapy that supports clients in exploring and investigating their needs, wants, and desires related to having a meaningful and fulfilling sexual experiences.

We believe that healing also happens outside the therapy space. For this reason, we support clients and our larger community in building connections.
