I understand that this world has so many spaces rife with expectations, spoken and unspoken. I strive to create a space where folks don’t need to be worried about showing up “wrong”; a space where folks can be confident that all aspects of themselves are wanted and supported as they work towards their goals.

There is nothing wrong with the way you could authentically show up. I am excited to meet you and support you as you find your most authentic self, wherever you’re at in that process.

Neurodivergence

As someone who has spent their life discovering their neurodivergence and sensory needs and learning to cope in ways that are most helpful to me, I understand that these discoveries can take time and patience. I'm here to help you discover and honor your own unique constellation of strengths and differences, and how best to navigate a world that isn’t built for us.

Gender Expression
Care

A 2023 Kasier study showed that Gender Expression Care, aka learning how to dress and express oneself through hair, clothing, makeup, etc, is one of the missing pieces in transgender care currently. As the founder of a local community closet, I had the opportunity to witness radical gender euphoria in person many times in a way that truly transformed the work I do as a counselor. Helping people discover their personal style and explore what changes would help them to feel the most like themselves is something I am truly passionate about. Whether it be brainstorming in the therapy space or experiential therapy where we search for affirming gender expression at your store of choice, I am honored to help guide you as you seek the most authentic and affirmed version of yourself.

Consensual Non-Monogamy

Have you struggled to find a clinician who is more than just "friendly" towards your relationships, sexuality, or lifestyle? Who doesn't put normative relationship ideals upon your unique connections? I both have personal and professional experience with consensual non-monogamy (CNM) and polyamory. I am happy to discuss all of the facets of your life with you, monogamous or not!

What You Can Expect from Me

In a first session with me, we will explore your goals for therapy, discuss past therapeutic environments and what was (or was not) effective about them, and share your values and anything else that would be important for me to know to understand your authentic self. Once we know what you want to work on, we can collaboratively create a treatment plan to help you meet your goals!

About Me

I am a neurodivergent, queer trans, nonbinary, polyamorous, artist who takes true joy in helping folks find their most authentic selves inside and outside of the counseling space.

I have a passion for helping people discover their authentic selves through fashion. I love sharing the joy of playful self-discovery through dress-up with people of all gender expressions, and have long been inspired by fashion dolls and the creative gender expression they showcase. One of my greatest passion projects I have ever completed was founding and maintaining a free gender affirming closet at the community mental health center where I worked for almost five years. I am excited to see how I can help continue this mission of helping folks seek radical authenticity through self-expression in new ways!

Do you take insurance?

Yes! I am paneled with Colorado Medicaid (Colorado Access).

What are your private pay rates?

We use the Green Bottle Scale to allow those with less financial stability to access care at a discounted rate. My tiers are as follows:

Tier 3: $185/50 min

Tier 2: $140/50 min

Tier 1: $90/50 min
