Relationship Counseling

At Unbound and Transformed, we support couples and relationships, with a speciality on supporting non-monogamous, kinky, and/or power-exchange relationships.

Our Specialities

Underwear on Bed

Kink & BDSM

Whether you’ve only dabbled in the bedroom or have been in a decades-long M/s relationship, our therapists bring not only kink positivity and awareness but also lived experience as long-time kink educators. We particularly love supporting those who engage in power exchange dynamics or want to explore dominance and submission in their relationship.

Happy Couple

Trans & Queer Relationships

As we embrace identities outside of those assigned to us at birth or embark upon relationships without many template examples, it can become crucial to be curious about what being queer, trans, or any LGBTQ+ identity means to us and how we want to show up in relationships.

Group Hug

Polyamory & Non-Monogamy

While we are starting to see much more mainstream acceptance of consensual non-monogamy and polyamory, there are still a lot of misconceptions and opinions about what relationships should look like. At Unbound and Transformed, we know how frustrating it can be to feel like we are having to justify why something that might not be conventionally "normal" is, in fact, wonderfully perfect for you.

Couple Embracing Indoors

Mixed Neurotype Relationships

All of us have our own constellation of strengths and challenges, and sometimes these differences can make communication and interpersonal conflict difficult ot navigate. We love supporting clients in exploring their own needs, communicating those needs with their partners, and cultivating a relationship that meets the needs of all members.

At Unbound & Transformed we acknowledge, with respect, that the land we are on today is the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Arapaho, Cheyenne, and Ute Nations and peoples. This was also a site of trade, gathering, and healing for other Native tribes. We recognize the Indigenous peoples as original stewards of this land and all the relatives within it. As these words of acknowledgment are spoken and heard, the ties to Nations have to their traditional homelands are renewed and reaffirmed. We accept that our work must encompass inclusion and humility. What's This?
