Our Therapists
My Approach
I believe that we each have a unique journey and path throughout our lives. For many of this means we have survived oppressive systems, effects of capitalism & colonization, and messages that who or how we are is wrong. For many of us trying to keep up in a world where we haven’t felt loved, met, or accepted is exhausting.
I strive to create a space where all folx no matter what you’ve survived or experienced in your life can show just as you are. For some of us we have not had the space to process through all the ways that these oppressive systems have harmed us. For some of us we have gotten so used to pushing through or masking that we feel unsure of even where to start or who we are.
I look forward to walking with you through your specific, unique, and individual journey. I am so glad that you’re here.

Neurodivergence
I know from personal experience how hard it can be to find a therapist who doesn’t shame us for our differences and truly understands the impact chronic invalidation of our experiences.
Navigating Systems of Oppression
As a BIPOC individual, I know firsthand how systems of oppression affect every aspect of our lives. And I know so many of us have been harmed by therapists just telling us to “breathe through” or “regulate through” ongoing racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.
Queer & Trans Identities
As a queer and gender expansive individual, I love supporting individuals in unpacking and challenging “shoulds” in how they look, live, and love.
